The Westerly

In 2023, Soderberg Design was selected as the design team to renovate all public areas within The Westerly Condominiums. The beautifully detailed interiors invited the chance to elevate the interior lobby spaces with custom area rugs and furniture. The original mail room area was devoid of furniture amenities; thus, we created a meeting area for homeowners to gather.

The residential corridors were updated with new high end broadloom carpet and beautifully articulated wall paint colors.

Other selected updates throughout the building included new custom entry doors, Townhouse Exterior Door paint and garage level paint, as well as library design updates.
