The Strand Condominiums

In 2022, the HOA Board at The Strand selected Soderberg Design to renovate the three-tower waterfront property on the Willamette River. The project included a new concierge desk, elevator cab interiors, paint, and art. Also included was a complete update to the residential corridors with carpeting, paint, and updated LED lighting throughout.

Inspiration was drawn from The Strand’s modern northwest aesthetic and its connection to Willamette River and the promenade.
