Pinnacle

In 2025, Soderberg Design completed the interior renovation of The Pinnacle, a 14-story high-rise condominium in Portland’s Pearl District. The project involved new paint colors, carpet and custom area rugs in the residential hallways and elevator lobbies. In the main lobby, elevated furniture, finishes, and accessories optimized traffic flow and enhanced the overall resident experience with an elevated, modern aesthetic. By unifying the design vocabulary throughout the building, the renovation strengthened the building’s identity while fulfilling the functional needs of every space.
