Fountain Plaza

In 2021, the HOA Board at Fountain Plaza selected Soderberg Design to renovate the iconic 1968 Koin Tower’s Residentialpublic spaces. The project includes a new concierge desk, all new furnishings, paint, art, lighting, and elevator cab interiors. Phase 2 of the project, scheduled for 2022, will encompass the renovation of the ten residential corridors.
